A charge point at an apartment takes more than mounting a charger: the cable route runs through shared spaces, the electricity must be settled fairly (own meter or kWh registration) and many HOAs require a decision by the owners' meeting — how formal depends on your deed of division or regulations.
Affiliated installers therefore provide a quote with cable route and wiring plan that you can present to the HOA directly. Expect € 1,250 to € 2,500 per charge point, depending on the distance to the meter room.
If several residents want to charge, ask for a shared base-infrastructure plan: prepare once, then extend per spot. The HOA step-by-step guide in our knowledge base helps you prepare the meeting.
